This letter is from a woman who purchased a casket in March 2010 and assembled it in April 2012, having left the instructions elsewhere. We immediately replaced the damaged parts and guided her in putting the casket together.
“Dear David: I was happy with your cardboard coffin for my mom. The design gives it a real look with the angled top. It was a bit tricky to put that top together but with your help via phone, we did it. To help me further, you sent me new parts since the cardboard tabs can become too crushed to keep the top together. This is all from the lack of knowledge on my part. The directions were a bit foggy since I could not print them out. You ultimately fixed this. Thank you for your cooperation in making my 98 year old mom's green burial a success. -Danielle
